We welcome your comments, compliments and suggestions, as well as any concerns you may have. Your feedback is important to us and enables us to maintain and enhance the quality of our services.

All complaints will be treated confidentially, respectfully and in accordance with our formal complaints procedure. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate the matter thoroughly and work with you to reach a fair and timely resolution.

If, after following our complaints procedure, you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may be able to refer your complaint to the appropriate independent organisation, depending on whether your treatment was provided under the NHS or on a private basis. We will be happy to provide further guidance if required.
